Mingle uses a simple, but powerful, approach to crafting queries. It allows users to create a basic query for a specific project and then add filters to trim results further. In the screenshot below the query will search for all cards of type Task where the Owner is Thomas in the Mingle Connector project. This query will be called Thomas' Tasks in the Task List.
Because each Mingle project and card type can be configured with a different set of attributes you must specify the project and card type prior to creating a task. When you select New Task and select Mingle then a dialog will ask which project and card type to create. The project and card type are prepopulated with the values from the last task creation. In the screenshot below a card of type Task in the Mingle Connector project will be created.
