Mingle allows administrators to define actions. These actions appear on Mingle cards when they match criteria defined by the administrator, such as having certain attribute values. Actions are often used to change several task attributes at a time. For instance, an action named Begin Task might assign the task to my user name and change the status to In Progress.
To trigger an action in Mingle select the action in the Actions Section at the bottom of the Task Editor and press Submit. In the screenshot below the Complete Story action will be executed when the user presses Submit.
