CCRRTT000002014E Database could not acquire file lock. (ERR_PERSISTENT_H2_LOCK)

Description

A persistent store access error occurred.

Tasktop Sync’s database could not acquire a lock, and therefore could not be updated.

User Action

  1. In your Tasktop Sync working directory, open the db directory.
  2. Delete the “synchronizer.lock.db” file. If you cannot delete the file due to an operating system lock, restart the server.
  3. Restart Tasktop Sync.
