If you are running with
proxy-creation-trigger set to “marked” (see
Task Mapping Specification ), then only tasks which you have manually marked for synchronization will be synchronized.
To manually mark tasks, you need to use a version of Tasktop Dev with synchronization marking enabled. On versions of Tasktop Dev with synchronization marking enabled, there is a Sync-To button in the Task Editor toolbar. The Sync-To button has the Tasktop Sync logo on it (two arrows circling, one blue and one yellow):
Pressing the Sync-To button will mark the task for synchronization. If this task matches any of Tasktop Sync’s queries, then the next time the matching query is issued, Tasktop Sync will notice that this task has been marked for synchronization, and synchronize that task between the two repositories.
Tasks that have never been marked for synchronization will not be synchronized.
