Adding a ClearQuest Repository

Before queries can be created over ClearQuest change requests and view them in the Task List, you must first must set up a ClearQuest TaskRepository in the Task Repositories View:
  1. Open the Task Repositories View - from the Window menu select Window > Show View > Other > Tasks > Task Repositories
  2. Open the Add Task Repository Wizard - click the Add Task Repository button in the view toolbar
  3. Select ClearQuest - choose ClearQuest from the list of available repositories and click Next

  4. In the Base Url field, enter the url of the ClearQuest OSLC web service url. For example, https://{ClearQuest_SERVER_URL}/oslc/cqrest
  5. Enter in a label and repository credentials. Note that on some installations the port number is 12080 so would require entering a server url of https://{ClearQuest_SERVER_URL}:12080/oslc/cqrest
    6. . Check the Save password box if you want the password to be persisted between workbench sessions.
  6. Presss the Validate Settings button to browse the databases available.

  7. Browse and select the service you wish to retrieve tasks from
  8. Press the Finish button

At this point you will be offered the opportunity to create a new query.
