With the CA Agile Planning and CA Clarity Requirements connector by Tasktop, collaborating efficiently with team members is simplified and streamlined. Post comments, attach files and screenshots, and share task contexts all from within Eclipse.
With the CA Agile Planning and CA Clarity Requirements connector you can view the Chatter feed for any of your Requirements, User Stories, Issues, or Tasks in the Comments section of the Task Editor. You can also post new comments to the feed. Simply enter your comment in the New Comment section, directly below the Comments Section, and click Submit. Your comment will be posted to the Chatter feed for that entity.
Attachments can be added to CA Agile Planning and CA Clarity Requirements entities simply by dragging and dropping files onto the Task Editor. Alternatively, you can expand the Attachments section of the Task Editor and click the Attach button. Then, follow the steps in the Add Attachment wizard to select an attachment from your local file system, your system clipboard, or your Eclipse workspace, and post that attachment with a description and comment.
You can add a screenshot by expanding the Attachments section of the Task Editor and clicking the Attach Screenshot button. Then, follow the steps in the Attach Screenshot wizard to capture, edit and post a screenshot attachment.
Once a CA Agile Planning and CA Clarity Requirements entity has been activated, the files and web pages associated with it can be shared with fellow team members. To do so, right click on the entity in the Task List and select Context -> Attach. To retrieve a context, right click on an entity in the Task List and select Context -> Retrieve. Alternatively, you can right click on a context attachment in the Attachments section of the Task Editor and select Retrieve Context.
