Your Accept360 entities can be interacted with directly within the integrated Task List. First, create a query for the Accept360 entities you wish to view in your Task List. Click the New drop down in the Task List toolbar and select New Query. Select the Accept360 Repository you wish to query and press Next, and then select "Create query from existing filter". In the resulting query page, select the entity type (Requirement, Defect, or Task) to query for. Additionally, you can call a filter stored on the server (if it is a unique filter name across entities). To do so uncheck the option to query all entities of this type and type in the filter name in the textfield. You can later repeat this process to add any number of queries in order to track all the Accept360 entities that are important to you.
The Accept360 connector also allows you to create custom queries. To do so, create another new query, but in the query type selection page make sure you chose "Create query from new filter". The following page let's you define any number of filters with constraint on various attributes / properties, as well as one filter with a date constraint. Once you are satisfied with the filters, click Finish and watch the results. You can always rivisit and edit the custom query by right-clicking on the query in the task list and selecting "Properties".
Once the query has time to synchronize with Accept360, a number of tasks should appear in your Task List.
Blue arrows appear in the Task List next to entities with new (unread) information. Double click to view the new information in a rich editor. Note that changed attributes are highlighted in blue. Make changes to your Accept360 entities within this rich editor:
Once you've made the desired changes, press the Submit button (located bottom left in the editor and top right in the editor toolbar). The changes will be submitted to Accept360 and a blue arrow will appear in your team members' Task Lists indicating that a new change has been made.
